We prefer UPS for in-coming shipments but will accept shipments from all carriers. We only use Canada Post and UPS for out-going packages.

When shipping to us from outside of Canada. Please fill out all required documents fully indicating the proper values of the shipment and if the shipment is for Repair, Warranty or Sale. We also suggest you insure your package for it's actual replacement value. It is also important to include all phone numbers on the documentation, the shipper and the receiver.
